Staff

Compact list: name, Login ID, phone, registration no, Hub, Update. Click a row for full profile. Prefer Disable (Inactive) over Delete — profile stays and the seat frees for a new hire; Enable restores the same person. Seats count active staff only. Login ID is the Nest email the phone app must use. After a Web plan change, Device upgrade stays until every phone is OK. Add staff uses the same QR for the new app.

Staff: Notice all or Notice selected. Profile still has Send notice for one person. Click a thread here to reply. Workers can send from the phone Notices screen.

Same two plans as the homepage. We sell sets, not one certificate at a time. The plan you bought is full colour. The other stays dim until Change plan. Staff see this set in the Worker app New Issue menu.

When you Add staff, the portal shows an invite with this download link + Login ID + temporary password. Leave blank to show install instructions without a direct file link (email the APK yourself).

Portal connection: Seller and buyer share the Nest hub (approvals, entitlements, company profile) — not a shared browser login. Opening seller portal opens a new tab; sign in with an ADMIN account there.
